2.1 Platform Access
We provide access to our document processing Platform via our website.
2.2 Service Availability
We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure the Platform is available with 95% uptime, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance and is not counted as downtime.
2.3 Support
Our support team is available at jake@speedsheet.co.uk during regular business hours. We aim to acknowledge support queries within 24 business hours.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Subscription Fees
Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are specified in your subscription agreement and are payable in advance.

All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

We act as a data processor for any personal data contained within the documents you upload. Our processing activities are governed by our Data Processing Agreement and comply with UK GDPR requirements.

Documents uploaded to our Platform are stored indefinitely unless you contact us and request for the data to be deleted. Storage is provided through AWS and Supabase.
5.3 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit.

You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Process and analyze your uploaded documents to provide the Services
- Use your data to train our artificial intelligence models and improve our Services
- Create and use anonymized aggregate data derived from your documents
- Develop and enhance our processing algorithms using insights from your documents
6.4 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or permit others to access the Platform using your account

6.6 Download and Usage Rights
While you may download and store reports and processed documents for your business purposes, you acknowledge that:

- You may not recreate or replicate our processing methods using downloaded materials
- You must maintain appropriate security measures for downloaded materials
6.7 Feedback and Suggestions
